神経系が免疫系を調節していることは古くから指摘されてきたが，神経系からの入力がどのようにして免疫系に影響を及ぼすのか，そのメカニズムは長らく不明であった．しかし近年，自律神経系と免疫系の相互作用のメカニズムが急速に明らかになりつつある．とりわけ交感神経が多様な分子機構を介して免疫応答を制御していることが明らかになった．ここでは，交感神経によるリンパ球の循環制御に焦点を当て，その分子機構について解説するとともに，その生理的意義を免疫応答の日内変動の観点から考察する．

 

・私は、メカニズムというもの（ここでは、分子、遺伝子、細胞レベルでのはなし）はあまり好きでは無くて、真面目に勉強しておりません。しかし社会疫学の教科書読んでいるとどうもそんなことも言っておられないようで、また、自分のじん肺と悪性腫瘍に関する論文を書いていてもメカニズムがいるようで、シャーことなしに、最近メカニズムも勉強しておりますが、昔に比べて抵抗感は亡くなってきております。とりあえず本日の論文はそのような勉強の一環で、覚え書き/ログです。

 

以下日記。

・本日9/24（金）は、6時23分起床。一瞬だけ勉強して出勤です。まず病棟よって午前外来。午後回診と会議二つ。幸い現在患者さん達は落ち着いておられるので17時過ぎに病院出て、散髪へ。19時前に帰宅、19時から45分アストラゼネカのMRさんとZOOMでお話。主に生物学的製剤と吸入薬の合剤の話。ここで初めて知ったのが、まったく話の筋道からそれたもので、シムビコートのpMDIがあるということ。日本では発売されていないけど海外では使われているそうです。しらなんだ。それからシムビコートが発売されて10年立ったということでこれから薬価が下がってくるということ。（ほんまにそうなるか、知らんけど）そうなるととてもうれしいことです。なんせ吸入薬は総じてお値段が高い。これがお安くなってきたら、私も処方しやすいし、患者さんもお金の心配をあまりしなくてすみます。アストラゼネカとはCOIはほとんどありません。ほとんどというのは10年以上前1回（だったと思う）講演をして講演料をもらったことがありますから。
