君はどれだけバイアスを知っているか？/人に歴史あり、その行動に根拠あり

・若かりし頃、臨床のデータをつかって何か研究というか、論文にまとめてみないなと夢見たことがあります。しかし、その時の私、2つのことで「挫折」（という程のことでもないですが）しました。1つは、実臨床のデータって欠損値が多いこと。もう一つはバイアスについて。あのサケットが35（だったと思う）もバイアスがあると何かで書いていたのをみて、そんなにあるバイアスを理解し、上手いこと処理して論文を書くのは絶対ムリだと思ったのでした。そのうえ、誰だったか忘れましたが、35じゃなくてもっとあるといっていた人もいて、萎えました。それが、私のバイアスの思い出。いまでも、バイアスには思い入れがあります。（←なんじゃ、そりゃー）

・その後ロスマンが、大きく3つにバイアスをまとめていると言うことをしって、ホッとしたものです。しかし、やっぱり色んなバイアスの言葉が論文のとびかっており、なかなか理解するのが大変。実際、どれくらいバイアスがあるのでしょう。最近大学院生さん（まだ、わたしもですが）に教えてもらったバイアスのWebsiteがあります↓。

以下日記

・突然ですが、だいたいの私の日課をお知らせします。

朝は、だいたい6時起床。早いときは5時半ですが、めったにそれはありません。で、30分弱勉強してから朝食。病院へは8時前につきます。で、まず外来の診察室へ行って、電子カルテで入院患者さんの状態をチェックするのと院内メールをチェックし、処理できることはその時やります。それから階段を使って４階まで上がって8時半まで回診。そして朝礼出て、9時から外来です。大体終わるのは13時過ぎですが、遅いときは14時過ぎます。午後は回診と色々会議や講義。帰宅は夜間診療がないときは19時前です。で、帰ってまずネコたちに餌をやってお風呂入って夕食。それからちょっとお勉強。早いときは22時ベッドへ。遅いときでも大体は23時に寝にいきます。

・本日8/2（火）は、6時前に言ったん目が覚めましたあ、二度寝して6時半起床。朝勉せずに出勤です。病棟で重症の患者さんみて、朝礼に出ているときにPHSがなって患者さんの急変。朝礼抜けて対応。外来にもちょっと食い込みました。朝一で診ていた患者ですが、急に心拍が落ちて呼吸停止となられました。DNARであったので、お看取り。外来して、ご家族が来られたらお話しして、外来して、お見送りして、外来というような感じでした。

・午後はささっと回診をして、15時13分帰宅。（火曜日の午後は本来仕事の契約をしれおりません）15時半から18時半くらいまで学位審査の準備。その後配偶者と市の広報誌と医療生協の新聞配り。そして入浴、夕食。録画の「ヒューマングルメンタリー おもうまい店」を観ておりましたが、沖縄のおそば/うどん屋さんがでていました。次から次と椀子蕎麦の様に天ぷらが出てくるのですが、そのバックグランドが、戦災孤児の話で、考えさせられました。実は、戦災孤児はどう生きてきたのかというのに興味（と、いう言い方は失礼か）があって、その本も買っているのですが、まだ読んでおりません。学位審査が終わったら読みはじめましょう。・・・で、このブログを書いております。これからちょっと勉強して22時過ぎには寝たいと思っております。
