・私がよむ英語論文の多くが、医療者側がICをobtainするという表現が圧倒的に多かったと思うのですが、たまに患者さんがICをgiveするというのをみていました。ところが、今回しらべてみると患者さんがprovideするという表現が多かったです。最近の英語表現のトレンドが変わったのか、そもそも昔からそう使われていて、私がたまたまみていなかっただけか?ご存知の方教えてください。
