・この記事を読んでいるとアスベストに似ているなとおもいました。あと、子供の発達障害や学習障害に鉛中毒は関係していないのかなということです。そんなレポートあるかしら？
・あと、本来このブログは職業・環境性疾患についての皆様に知っていただこうと書きだしたものです。で、以前も紹介したかもしれませんが、日本の塗装工の鉛中毒の報告です↓
現在も発生する塗装工の鉛中毒
・医療者が「俗に」よく使う不定愁訴というもののなかに、中毒性疾患が隠れていることは意識していないといけないと思います。
・あと鉛中毒で思い出すのは、若かりし頃えらい産業医学の先生が、日本では鉛中毒はありませんと言ったこと。倉敷公害裁判ででも学んだことですが、権威者の言うことをうのみにしてはいけないということです。（むやにみ批判、反発する必要はないですが）
あっという間に以下日記．
・相変わらず家に帰ったら疲労困憊でなかなかブログが書けません．しかし、論文の「１日１文」は今のところ続いております．例によって過去を振り返ります．
・4/10（月）は午前訪問診療、午後回診、夜間診療でした。
・4/11（火）は、午前外来、午後回診、途中１時間ZOOMで大学院のCritical Appraisalに参加。夜はZOOMで"Causal Inference: What If"の勉強会。
・4/12（水）は午前外来、午後回診、カンファレンス、ショートの夜間診療。１８時半前に帰宅できたので猫たちに餌やりと草抜き。
・4/13(木)午前水島で産業医学科外来、午後玉島で回診。医療安全委員会があったのですが新入院患者2名ありその対応で参加できず。
・4/14(金)は午前来来、午後回診と通所リハビリのカンファレンス。家のデスクトップＰＣが壊れかかっていたので新しいのかって、病院のＳＥさんにデータを移行してもらいました。しかし１００％は移行できず家に帰って四苦八苦です。
・4/15（土）はお休み。ゆっくり７時過ぎ起床。休みだけどえ午前中病院へ、１時間半くらいいました。比較的患者さん落ち着いていたので、倉敷アリオへ。メインの買い物は病院で履くスニーカー（いろいろ回ってPUMA）ですが、その他文具や本（ああ、また買ってしまった）やＣＤ買いました。１５時前に帰宅し、遅い昼食。あと論文をかいたのと"What If"を読みました。あとＰＣのいろいろ設定。最初iTuneがうまくダウンロードできずあせりました。なんかいろいろやっているうちにダウンロードできましたが。あと、一太郎が使えないのがつらい。夕方は猫たちに餌やりに行って雨の中草抜き。土が柔らかいのでよく抜けます。そしてお風呂入って夕食。アルコールをいただいております。BGMは八神純子↓この人の曲の伴奏、とくにベースの音の運びがお気に入り。
