生誕65周年生誕記念講演は、典型的な雑ぱくな話でした

久々のブログですが、本日は、日記のみです。いつものように過去を振り返ります。

・10/16(月)は、5時過ぎにおきて医療安全の講義準備。午前は訪問診療、午後は病棟回診と夜間診療。帰宅後は医療安全の講義と開業医さんとの月1回の勉強会の準備。

・10/17（火）は65歳の誕生日。職場でいろんな方に誕生日を祝っていただきました。

・10/18（水）は5時過ぎ起きで、開業医さんとの勉強会の準備。午前外来、午後病院の「全体学習」で医療安全の講義。めちゃめちゃ基本的なことと最近（と言っても10年以上前から）言われ出しているSafety-ⅠとSafety-Ⅱについてもお話。その後カンファレンス、回診。19時半～21時まで開業医さんとの勉強会。私は、まれな特発性間質性肺炎であるiPPFEの２例の発表。勉強会の後３０分くらい会議。

・10/19（木）は朝一で"Caural Inference: What If"を読む。朝一はやっぱり頭が一番さえております。午前外来、午後通所リハビリの会議、その後認知症の会議。帰宅して２０時半～２２時まで、"What If"の勉強会。

水曜日の医療安全のレクチャーと開業医さんとの勉強会の症例発表、そしてこの"What If"の勉強会が終わってホッとしました。

・10/20（金）は朝一で土曜日におこなう個人的な「発表」の準備。出勤し午前外来、午後回診。単なる脱水だとおもって入院してもらった患者さんが、難儀な病気（手術が必要）を合併していることがわかり、いろいろ往生しました。でも帰宅は１８時半過ぎにできました。で、ひたすら翌日の準備。

・10月21日（土）は、朝一で病院へ。重症の方が数人いるので、診てきましたが、比較的おちついており安心。昼から岡山（市）へＪＲでいきました。15時にドーミーインにチェックイン。まず、入浴、サウナ。16時過ぎにホテルを出て医学部へ、17時～18時まで、かってに生誕65周年記念講演と題して、自分の学んだことや経験したことを教室の仲間にお話ししました。最初本当にお気楽なつもりだったのですが、教授や准教授、助教の先生方もきてくださり15人くらい（だったかな）の方々に「講演」しました。用意した話の1／3位しか話せませんでした。オマケに話はあちこちにとび、「雑ぱくな話」というのは、こういうものだという典型でした。その後懇親会を教室のセミナー室でわきあいあいあと行いました。YouTubeで懐かしのメロディーをながしてもらっていたのも、良かったです。そもそも誕生日とは自分が感謝する日だと位置づけていたのですが、何とお花と記念の（オスカーのような）金色の像をいただきました。本当に有り難かったです。で、22時頃おわって、おとなしくホテルに帰りました。

・今回の企画を教授・准教授の先生が気に入ってくださったのか来年もしましょうということで、すでに2024/10/19（土）にすることになりました。この、1年間は死ねません。・・・余談ですが、准教授があの高名な日野原重明先生が、95歳の時5年先までスケジュールを組んでいたとの話をしてくださいました。ひょっとしたらそれが長生きの秘訣かしら。

・本日10/22（日）はドーミーインで6時半頃起床。まず、朝風呂、朝サウナ。それから朝食。いろいろ種類があってよろしかった。特に牛鍋というのがおいしく、ついおかわりをしていしまいました。10時半頃いったんホテルを出て、クレド内の紀伊國屋へ。日記とＮＨＫテキストを買いました。12時前にホテルチェックアウトして、帰宅は13時頃。軽く昼食摂って、あとはいろんな事の整理。夕食は、配偶者と二人でもつ鍋。モツの味がでて、メッチャおいしかった。今までは、鍋は何かの麺で〆をするのが常でしたが、毎回食べ過ぎるので、今回はそれはなし。で、現在このブログを書いております。

・今日は21時台にサッサと寝て、明日は早起きして、早く病院へ行って重症の患者さんを診てから、訪問診療へでかけます。
