いつものように過去をふりかえります。
・10/26（木）は、午前水島で産業医学科外来。患者さんが減ってきており、わたしも65歳になったので、「閉店」を考え医局事務さんにその旨をお話。（そろそろ終活です）病院の五役会議というもの（どんな部門職責者の会議なんでしょうね？）議論するとのこと。午後から倉敷市役所へ行って、公害健康被害認定審査会。その後玉島へ戻って仕事。帰宅後は20時半～22時まで"Causal Inference: What If"の勉強会。
・10/27（金）は午前外来、二つの会議の合間に回診。
・10/28（土）は午前中は仕事。午後から帰宅し昼食後昼寝してから掃除。17時から1時間強金光大谷地区にあるオレンジハウスほっこりで「たまり場カフェ」という自主的ないろんな人の交流を進める会の会議。その後、満天の湯へいって、帰宅。
・10/29（日）は朝の1時間のみ勉強して夕方までひたすら掃除。17時20分に家を出てイオン倉敷へ。Movixで『オペレーション・フォーチュン』というアクション映画を観ました。これはSNSである精神科の先生がおもしろいと言っていたので、じゃあ観てみようかと思って観たもの。まあ、こんなもんかというかんじでしたが、でていた女優さんが素敵でした。オーブリー・プラザと言う人なそうな。その後特にイオンで買い物もせず満天の湯へ。
・10/30（月）は、午前訪問診療、午後回診、夜間診療でした。新入院二人有り、ちょっと大変。夜、私が27年診ていた振動病＋塵肺の患者さんが他院入院中亡くなったという連絡がありました。塵肺が相当進み、いつかはそういう日が来るとは思っていましたが、入院中に自殺を図りそれではなくならなかったけど二日後に塵肺で亡くなったと言うことです。他院、長期入院で転院が必要ということだったので私の働く病院で受け入れてもらうよう転院担当の人に頼んでいたのに、何故かスムースに進まず他院でなくなってしまいました。自殺を図ったのは呼吸がとても苦しかったこと＋孤独があったのではないかと思います。絶対とは言えないけど自分がみていたら、少なくとも自殺企図はさせなかったのではないかと思うのです、長い付き合いだから。とても残念で心が折れそうです。これにもうひとつ何か負荷がかかれば、ポキンと折れそうです。このことをブログに書くつもりは最初無かったのですが、なにか表に出さないと自分の心が壊れそうで書いてしまいました。そして、非癌・呼吸器の終末期の緩和ケアのあり方を、もっと勉強しておかないと思った次第です。
