気脊柱症ってご存知？/今日の夜勤はつらかった

・気脊柱症は英語ではpneumorrhachis、同じ病態を違う言葉で脊柱気腫pneumatorrhoachisと言うそうです。医中誌に入れてみると前者は17件ヒット、後者は０件でした。PubMedで前者は202件、後者は２件のみヒットしました。なので、使うなら気脊柱症 pnerumorrhachisでしょうかね。で、↓のような論文がありました。

・こういう病態があることを知っていると、ＣＴ撮ってたまたま見つけた場合あわてなくてよいですね。

・本日5/24（月）ほ６時１分前起床。朝勉して朝食、燃えるゴミ出して午前中はZOOMで因果推論の勉強会。午後から出勤し、回診、夜間診療。なかなか夜間診療はしんどくてお二人様入院。で、帰宅は２０時２３分。もう疲れ切りました。ここで、チューを１杯といきたいところですが、我慢。お風呂入って夕食とってちょっと勉強してこのブログを書いております。これから寝にいきます。ちょっと寝床で本を読んで眠りにつきます。

・今日の標題の後半、「山谷ブルース」をもじっていますが、わかるかな？わからないだろうな。（このフレーズもわかるかな？）
